1. Within one day of completing the form below, we will email you a password and the page address to login to create your web page(s).

2. Be sure to choose the appropriate “Community” (Youth Sports or Churches).

3. IMPORTANT: your User name (first item below) will be the directory of your site. Try to make it descriptive, such as the name of your team or group. It cannot contain any spaces.

4. Get the digital camera and instructions from the HPDL office (824-7707) to take photos for uploading to your page(s). If you already have scanned photos in your computer, simply use those. Be sure to read all instructions carefully.
